It is our Standard of Care that every new patient receives a thorough, comprehensive exam, a complete set of digital X-rays, a panoramic X-ray, and an explanation of treatment options at their initial appointment. If our team feels it is necessary, we will also take a 3-D X-ray of your jawbone. We will complete a thorough examination of your teeth and gums, and you will get a diagnosis per tooth. During your first visit, our team will take complimentary intraoral photographs and show you these pictures. We will provide different treatment options available, so you can make an informed decision before starting treatment.

Our primary focus at the practice lies in the placement of implants, aesthetic and conservative dentistry, and performing smile makeovers. If you are interested in a Smile Transformation, Dr. Lydia will use a professional Nikon Camera with 105mm high-definition lens to take a picture of your smile to design the transformation. The team will use different technology to give you the most accurate treatment plan.  

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment to check in and fill out paperwork. You will also need to complete a Medical and Dental History. Please bring a list of medication you are currently taking for us to copy. A complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment.

She will provide you with a breakdown of treatment costs and a way to maximize your insurance benefits. Additionally, our team will discuss all our affordable payment plan options available to you so that you can make the best choice before you begin treatment. Our practice accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. 

 We accept most dental insurance plans. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance plan, paying close attention to co-pays. We will prepare and submit all the necessary forms for your dental and medical benefits. We ask that you realize we do not work for an insurance company. Instead, we work 100% for our patients. We feel insurance can be a great benefit for many patients and want you to know we will do everything in our power to ensure you get every benefit allotted in your insurance contract. However, the treatment we recommend and the fees we charge will always be based on your individual needs, not your insurance coverage. We remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. 

Insurance coverage can be confusing and complicated; we get it.
